He may have been a Vet but his clinic was still new and he was still gaining clientele after his ex had cleaned him out and run off with his twenty-something-year-old secretary. "I have Twenty-five thousand going once, twenty-five thousand going twice-"

    Suddenly Loki's hand went up as Artemis shoved his arm up and in a deep voice shouted; "Fifty thousand dollars!"

    And that was how Loki ended up with a date with a gorgeous construction worker.
