   Summary

   Many years ago, unbeknownst to anyone, Severus and Lily mended their broken friendship, but kept it secret because they didn't trust anyone during the end of the last Wizarding War. Fast forward 5 years, and Albus's machinations have lead for Severus to discover that Harry's relatives have been horrifically abusive. Using his Slytherin cunning, Severus tricks Albus into awarding him guardianship of a 6 year old Harry Potter.
