"Number 5 has to kiss that handsome man over there." Gin pointed at a tall man with brown hair wearing swim trunks and a blue shirt. His arms and legs were completely bandaged. He stood at the beach house and talked with a few girls around him. "He seems like a big catch."
Elise looked at her stick. "I'm Number two, so I'm out. But I wanna have melon ice cream!" She pouted at Mori and blinked a few times with her huge blue eyes.
"We can buy one after we've finished this round, Elise-chan." Mori patted her head and smiled like a proud daddy.
"Then what about you guys?" Gin looked around but nobody seemed to have the lucky number five.
Tachihara showed the number one. Higuchi showed with a huge relief a four on her stick. Her brother bored by the game showed her the three while Kajii had the number six. Yumeno was swimming in the ocean with Hirotsu as his guardian. Ozaki and Mori didn't play with them. With that only one person was missing.
"Chuuya, you're the lucky person to kiss him!" Elise jumped up from her bath towel and pointed at him. "I bet it's your first kiss!"
"I'll bet 500 Yen for the first kiss!"
"I-I'll bet 1 000 Yen against!"
"Are you fu-" His gaze fell on the young Elise and Mori. "I mean- Are you serious? Of-Of course I kissed someone!"
Kouyou smiled at her small child and spun her parasol. "Kisses on my cheek don't count, Darling."
Chuuya's face turned bright red. He wasn't sure what offended him the most in this situation.
Gin had mercy with her pitiful friend. "If you don't want to do it, you can pay the lunch for everyone, like we agreed on."
"Nakahara is a virgin!" Kajii laughed.
"I-I'm not!" Chuuya blushed in an even darker red and he could feel the heat rose in his face. The urge to hide behind anything was strong. Why did he always get stupid and annoying dares in this kind of games. Why did he even agree to play with them? Oh yeah, because he jumped on with 'I'll show you who's the pussy!' Sometimes he really should think twice about what he is about to say. "I'll go and kiss this guy now." He planned to sound confident but it was not even close to his usual cocky self.
All eyes were on Chuuya as he got up and walked towards the man Gin had chosen as the lucky man who gets Chuuya's first kiss.
The sand under his feet was hot and the way to the beach house seemed long and short at the same time. How should he even do it? He can't just go and kiss him but asking 'Can I kiss you?' would be strange on the same exact level. Chuuya could try to flirt with him but he wasn't even sure how to flirt with a man on the beach - or how to flirt in general. Maybe he should just go with the truth and just say it's a dare from the King's Game? Kind of boring but probably the easiest way to clear this mission.
"Oh look! He is handsome!" A girl whispered to her friend when he walked by.
His cheeks blushed in a light pink.
The other girl scolded her. "Hands off! You have a boyfriend!"
Taking a deep breath he stepped on the cool wooden floor of the beach house and procrastinated the whole thing with buying a glass ice tea. It was a nice contrast to his sweaty hands and he took a sip through his red straw.
The man stood with his back to Chuuya and talked with a girl. "You have a pretty cute name, beautiful lady. Maybe you're ready to commit a romantic double suicide with me? We could jump off-" But before he could finish his sentence the girl already slapped her bare hand in his face with a loud "Creepy!" With a deep sigh the man turned around and saw Chuuya.
Chuuya looked at him and saw the red spot on his cheek. Seemed painful. "Well.. That didn't work out."
"You think you could do better?" Now standing right in front of Chuuya he noticed the huge height difference they had. The man patted his head. "Chibi."
Angrily Chuuya pushed the hand away. "Flirting worse than you isn't even possible!" Who the fuck asked a girl to commit double suicide on the beach?
"Show me~"
Chuuya swallowed. Why did he always end up in weird situations? "Do you have a name or can I call you mine?" With every word spoken Chuuya's voice got quieter.
The man supressed his laughter. "Dazai. Dazai Osamu. Just so you know what to scream tonight~" The man called Dazai winked at Chuuya who blushed like crazy. His head immediately showed him pictures he definitely didn't want to see. Not now and not later.
"Nakahara." He wasn't sure if it waa a good idea to tell that man his full name but he did it nevertheless. "Chuuya Nakahara."
"Maybe I should chew your-"
"The fuck?! Stop using my name as a pick up line!" It wasn't a good idea at all.
"Oh by the way your friends seem to wait for something." Dazai pointed at the group behind Chuuya and he remembered why he did come here in first place. "Maybe you should buy the stuff they wanted."
"They don't want anything." Expect Elise-chan everyone was just curious if he can kiss this bastard or copped out. But he wouldn't. Chuuya was pretty sure he would never hear the end of it when he goes back without completing the dare.
For a moment Chuuya closed his eyes. "Okay, now or never," he said to himself and looked directly at Dazai.
"Then can I take a moment of your precious time?" The last words were spoken against Chuuya's lips.
Like a whirlwind he had dashed forward and with his free hand he reached for Dazai's collar pulling him down for a kiss. His eyes were pinched and he stood on his tiptoes. Chuuya's teeth clenched against Dazai's because he underestimated the gap between them.
Not even a second later the glass in his hands crashed down and broke because Dazai grabbed Chuuya's other hand and pulled him closer into the kiss.
Chuuya couldn't stop himself from kissing back. It felt surprisingly good to kiss him. His grip around the collar loosened and the kiss deepend.
"Please stop that and take a room." One of the waitresses stopped the session between them. "If you could read we don't allow make out sessions here."

All his friends looked at him like he was an alien or something.
Higuchi was the first one who found her voice. "You kissed him on his mouth and even got his number!"
Chuuya hid the coaster with Dazai's phone number on it behind his back. "Yeah and? What's the problem?"
"I never said where you should kiss him," Gin said. "And to make it that sexy."
"Our small boy gets laid tonight~"
