Derek is at a convention, no, THE convention. The convention that Alphas meet at twice a year, every year, to pick their omega.
Derek is a very well known Alpha. He's strong, has good ancestors, and has gone through lots of omega training. He knows what he's doing and everyone else knows that as well.
Derek has came to the convention before, but he just never finds anyone. He's not even sure if he wants to.
This time though, this time is different.
He sees Stiles standing there, not flaunting himself or acting like he's the shit like every other omega. He's just there, waiting. Stiles is gorgeous, there is no way he can leave this place and not have an Alpha, but that's just the thing. Derek doesn't want him leaving with any Alpha, he wants him to be leaving with himself. He wants Stiles, and he'll do whatever he can to get him.
