taehyung quirks an arched brow, his tail causing ripples in the water. "my kind is in no means any less than yours, dear. if anything, we're superior."
yoongi laughs, throwing his head back in the process, a cocky smile spreading. "superior? you can't even leave the confinements of your watery haven, siren." his voice lowers, turning into a gravelly threat, "stop lying to yourself."
the airs stills, and taehyung tenses – but only for a second. he goes back to ease, his eyes lazily scanning the pirate. he had mastered the act of confidence for years to come. yoongi leaves. the heels of his boots make a rhythm growing more distant and faint until leaving nothing but the sound of the crashing waves and blowing breeze.
