Work Text:
he’s so beautiful.
there was this man
this man that i loved
wait sorry that’s not true--
this man i still love
with bright bright red eyes
and pale snow skin
with hair that spiked but it was soft
and cherry lips that refused the words of kin
he was such a bad man
a bad man with his words
curses, hisses, language, laughs
he’d smirk and spit and hate and it hurt
it hurt others but it never hurt me
because i could see past that and i knew i was sure
i knew he was a good man, a good boy
i knew he was a friendly person, who just needed help
he needed to be checked
and that what i would do
i chastised him, i corrected him, i lectured him, i frowned at him
and it helped him change into the man today
he’s so beautiful.
this man i call my husband
who stole my last name but i still say his
with three solid characters
Ba - Ku - Gou
but his first is so soft, just like the rest of him.
Kat - Su - Ki
Bakugo Katsuki, i loved that man
and i love that man
he’s my husband, Bakugou Katsuki
i’m his husband, Kirishima Eijirou
he’s mine now. Kirishima Katsuki
with two K’s. i wanted it because I love him, and he loves me
he’s so beautiful.
and we’re old now, but he’s still perfect
with that spiked blonde hair
and those sharp red eyes
and those cherry lips that spew bad words
and i chastise, i correct, i lecture, i frown
and he takes it all with the whole of his heart
he loves me, Katsuki does
i love him, Katsuki i do
he’s so beautiful.
when he was 16, he was so beautiful.
when he was 26, he was so beautiful.
now he’s 68, and he’s so beautiful.
