Summary
After John learns Irene Adler keeps texting Sherlock and Sherlock answers her sometimes, he can’t calm down. Of course Sherlock deserves a chance at something more or less normal, if a romantic entanglement with a lunatic dominatrix counts as such… But John isn’t an entirely selfless man, no matter how much he dislikes it and pretends to be otherwise. He’s not happy about this situation at all, despite his best efforts to do what’s right.
This takes place right after the events of “The Lying Detective”. You don’t need to read other parts of the series, unless you want more kinky stuff mixed with some angst. :)
