Summary
In an unexpected turn of events, Kusuo loses his limiters and his powers become disrupted. At first it doesn't seem so bad. There weren't any catastrophic consequences (that he knows of), and he always recovers, doesn't he? Not this time. His powers won't settle down, and there may have been more consequences than he expected. *Kusuo and Kusuke main characters*
