Summary
The Stark parents passed away in a car crash two years ago, leaving Robb and Sansa to look after their younger siblings. After two years, Robb convinces Sansa to think about herself and it results in her enrolling in a trauma care program three hours away.
Conveniently right where Jon Snow works as a part of the Westorosi Defense Department (in an elite force called the Night's Watch, which no he can't tell you about).
Robb, being the loving, protective, idiotic big brother that he is asks Jon a simple favour - to take Sansa to dinner once a week to make sure that she is looked after.
