That modern au where Mxy is abused and Nie Mingjue comes to the rescue like a knight in shining armor (satisfyingly Harlequin premise!). He takes care of mxy for a little while, but then, instead of taking advantage of him and his enormous crush, sets him up to live with Wei Wuxian (a kindergarten teacher!) and Lan Wangji to learn some self-love.
