   Summary

   Jimmy is used to waking up to Kit's nightmares by now.
   Sometimes they're loud, announced by terrified screams or heart-wrenching sobs. Sometimes they're silent, announced only by the absence of warmth in bed next to him after Kit sneaks away to suffer on his own.
   It's unpredictable, but it's still a routine.
