Summary
Gabriel is an emergency pediatric surgeon works on the side with his best friend Charlie to rescue omegas who are being used as slaves after his little brother Castiel, was kidnapped at age twelve. He never expects the latest pair of omegas that Charlie's rescued to be not only his little brother but his mate as well.
