Summary

Story synopsis: As he sets an elaborate trap for the diabolical Hannibal Lecter, Will Graham struggles to keep his dark impulses from overpowering him. In and out of dreams, he pushes himself to the limit when he gains access to Hannibal's inner machinations. Meanwhile, Hannibal falls for Will (and his elaborate ruse) hook, line, & sinker. The snake persues the mongoose, but the mongoose invites it: a mutual courtship is established. Will pays for its consummation, while Hannibal collects the spoils of his victory.
Main Pairing: Hannibal/Will (romantic undertones, but no actual sex - though that doesn't mean they don't get it on). All boundaries between Hannibal and Will inevitably disappear; their love-beyond-friendship evolves from the forces of "fate and circumstance."
NBC's Hannibal is my current favorite TV show. The following fanfic is my loving tribute to the fascinating world originally designed by Thomas Harris, and masterfully envisioned by Bryan Fuller and his team of creative colleagues. The characters, the Season 2 plotline, and the events/dialogue from "Mizumono" are not mine.
