**Chisaki pov**
Being the leader of a Yakuza Chisaki would be an imbecile if thought there wouldn't be conflict's between gangs, heroes, villains even. Really any group that used their filthy mutations could potentially cross them could cause conflict. No other group irked Chisaki as much as the League of Villains. They were like a sick mix of a gang and a group of rebellious psychotic teenagers lead by the most abominable of all Villains.
Being the boss means that even he has to make sacrifices, even he has to make compromises. Of course, he wouldn't let the anyone else know that though. He'll let them think it's all part of some master plan, it will be, he just has to figure out how to fit it into his actual master plan. After several encounters between the Eight Precepts of Death and the League of Villains that lead to neither of their goals being accomplished he was surprised to be contacted by the head of the League.
As it turns out All for One was also tired of "Childish bickering" as he had put it between our two groups. Leading to a meeting between the two leaders in a neutral area. The area was picked by All for One at a restaurant outside of Mustafa, the restaurant was small and family owned seeming to have been around for several generations. After having several of his men research and investigate the restaurant it turns out its just that, a dainty restaurant.
So here he was driving over to the restaurant with Chronos in tow both dressed in formal wear but without their masks. Though Chisaki stuck with his medical mask, gods know how what kind of filth is floating about in the air. "Is this really a smart idea Kai?" Chronos askes knowing they must be nearing their destination.
"A compromise would decrease the number of failures in our operations. Even for a short while." Chisaki reminded his assistant. "I don't enjoy this any more than you do but we will make sure to receive an equal gain from this agreement."
"It goes against everything we are trying to change in the world."
Readjusting his gloves he gives a sigh "This is not permanent and once we find a cure we can rid ourselves of this compromise."
Making a near-silent sound of contemplation Chronos silently agreed as the pulled up to their destination. After waiting for the driver to open his door Chisaki stepped out in front of the shop. It was an elegant looking place he could admit, he wondered how long has this building stood? With stone wand wooden exterior making up arches and elegant slopes leading to the front door where the sign read above the door in gentle writing "緑とリビングレストラン (Midori to Ribingu Resutoran)"
Walking in the Restaurant was near empty of any life, Chisaki says near empty because he sees the trash that he had traveled to meet sitting in the far back corner. He had heard tales of the leader All for One but they clearly don't do him any justice seeing that his disease of a quirk led to him some way or another having half his face scarred. Along with him, it seems he brought along the portal creature, so far gone that he couldn't consider it human any more than he could a parasite.
Looking up from what appears to be a glass of wine and a small dessert cake All for One's unseeing eyes gazed back at him, a small smile appeared on his face. "Ah, Overhaul I am glad you could join us, along with your friend." The scarred man gestured to the chairs across from himself.
Sitting across the table he glanced over at Chronos who sat alongside him with a stiff posture, probably sensing the tension in the air just like he could. "Yes, I tend to keep to appointments. It would mess up my schedule if I didn't" he sniffed in distaste, though it was a poor excuse he wouldn't want them thinking he wants to be in this situation.
All for One shook his head lightly with a slight grin like he was dealing with a troubled child, but seeing the members of his league he must deal with troubled children on a daily bases. "Ah, yes well I am glad that we have finally come together. We will get to business but first, we should get you both some food. Yes?" All for One waved over a waiter who seemed to have just been waiting for his cue. He brought over two menus handing it to Chronos and Chisaki and it seemed that the opposite parties were fine with desserts and wine.
Ordering a simple Salmon dish while Chronos order a steak. With the waiter gone he placed his hands upon the table "How are we going to fix our situation?" Chisaki asked trying to get straight to the matter.
Looking at the opposing side the shadow of a man, Kurogiri he believed was his name, took that as his turn to speak "We believe that we may be able to work out an arrangement of sorts. We let you know time frames to stay out of certain areas and you do the same. You can correspond to Sensei directly that way there are no miscommunications." He explained like it was that simple. Just to let each other know when they were making a move.
"And we are supposed to trust that there will be no moves against each other by knowing when everyone is on the move?" Chronos' monotoned voice drawled.
The dessert in front of All for One remained untouched and pushed off to the side acting as a table decoration in front of the League of Villains mastermind who held up a hand to stop any comment Chisaki might make "We won't require details of your activities and you won't ask for any of ours. We can give general areas to stay out of during certain times and if any of our members get out of life with this agreement then their termination won't be taken too harshly and will be dealt with. Along with these agreements I have another one, that your group will stay out of Mustafa."
"Stay out of Mustafa? Are we claiming territories or something now?" Chisaki didn't bother hiding his annoyance in his voice, Chronos gave him a simple light tap on his shoulder with his own gloved hands reminding him to calm down.
Shaking his head All for One had that same smile on his face, he seemed to tilt his head to look beyond Chisaki with his sightless eyes towards the front door. Before Chisaki had time to move to look behind him All for One answered his question "Most people would have been scared to talk to me like that, its kind of refreshing. Its something I like about you Overhaul. But no it's not about territories but I would rather my boy doesn't get caught up in our business." As these words leave his mouth the front door behind Chisaki opens and closes.
"Hey, Dad!" a bright voice made itself known as it entered the restaurant. Turning his gaze around as the footsteps got closer so he could see the new arrival. His heart stopped as he caught sight of a young boy with wild green curls that curved around an adorable round face speckled with freckles that danced under wide joyous eyes. Whipping his head to look right at All for one. He couldn't be serious, could he? To actually bring his son into a meeting? That's like giving the opponent the ultimate leverage? Even then When did All for One have a son?!
And even if he did have a son, what right does his son have to be that adorable looking?!
Kurogiri looked just as surprised to see the young boy but seemed to get over it faster than Chisaki offering a smile to the kid "Young Midoriya its good to see you, I didn't know you were coming" The shadow man covered up his surprise. Midoriya, given it, must be the kid's surname he still could help find that it suited the boy.
"Hey, Kuro! It's good to see you, how's Tomura?" The boy received a sound that could only be described as parental disappointment as an answer to his question.
"My son, come pull up a seat. I thought the meeting would be over sooner but good thing I got this." All for One passed over the cake as the boy pulled up a seat next to All for One. Which seeing as All for One had bought the cake with the intent to give it to the kid he strongly doubts the kid showing up was a coincidence.
"Sorry I didn't mean to interrupt but when you texted me saying you were in a meeting that was running overtime at the restaurant you like so I figured I'd save you some driving and meet you here." The kid mumbled flushing red "I really don't want to interrupt! I mean I can wait out in the car or something."
"Nonsense Izu its good for you to meet my business partners." The father gave his son a pat on the back before gesturing to Chisaki. "This is one of my business associates-"
"Chisaki Kai. And this is my business partner Chronos." Chisaki cut the man off reaching towards the kid with an outstretched hand without a thought. The boy probably has a horrendous quirk just like his father but Chisaki couldn't help but be drawn to the kid. The boy took it shaking it with a bright smile that could blind ignoring the fact that Chronos didn't offer him his hand to shake. "Nice to meet you! I'm Midoriya Izuku! I've never got to meet any of dads work partners, what do you do?" Izuku, what an adorable name for an equally adorable being.
All for one seemed to have wanted to return the favor and cut him off "Well he has a science team ahead of our time. In fact, I think you would be quite interested to know that one of his projects he has going on right now is about those who are quirkless." From the way, the scarred man described him he can conclude that his son has no idea about his fathers darker extracurricular activities. And after describing what he and his group were doing so poorly he was waiting for the quirks are superior talk to come out of the boy's mouth.
But in truth, the boy's mouth hung slightly open (Which was a good look in Chisaki's opinion.) before absolutely beaming "No way that is so cool! What is it about those who are quirkless that you are trying to find out? I could help I mean I am quirkless."
Chisaki could feel Chronos' eyes flicker over to him, Chisaki knew this must be why All for One brought his son. A show of good faith that he wasn't against their cause or something of that sort. Because for the first time Chisaki didn't care about ulterior motives. Not when he had this beautiful perfect being sitting right in front of him like an angel sent down from heaven. He knew there had to have been a reason he felt such a connection to the child and this had to be it, this was karma doing something right for once (Not that Chisaki believed in Karma cause no man, he's a man of science).
Dusting off that unused part of his brain he was going to do something that will either get him killed, impress this treasure before him, or embarrass himself entirely. He was going to flirt. "My study involves the concept that those who are quirkless are the superior beings. Seeing you I must say my thesis must be correct." He rested his chin upon his palm gazing at the boy.
What he didn't get was the response he wanted. In fact, he didn't get any of his predicted responses. The beauty just looked at him lost and oblivious. He could feel Chronos' eye roll right next to him. Kurogiri looked uncomfortable and done with it all looking away from the scene and pulling out what looked like a planner from his tux to avoid eye contact. All for One though, that bastard had a shit eating grin on his face.
"Yes, Chisaki here is really going places with this idea. " the scar-faced future father in law just ruffled the kid's hair.
He would have to step up is game it seems. "Wow, that has to be the first time I've heard a theory like that! That's really cool, it's nice to see two different companies come together. (Chisaki snickers. He would like something else to come together.) I mean dad deals with the improvement in quirks and you deal in the improvement for the quirkless. That's like amazing." The boy gushed.
"Maybe we could grab a bite or something and you can help me with my thesis?" Chisaki asked seeing as everyone else was checking out of this conversation.
"Um, do you need my dad's number or something?"
All for One gives that who me look as best as he can with half a face "You know I'm no good with technology son. Why don't you give him yours, after all, I'm sure he would appreciate the help with his thesis." Izuku seems to think this must be a logical course of action cause he pulls out his phone and passes it over with a smile.
"I would love to help in any way that I can Chisaki-san!" The boy gave one of his heartwarming smiles that Chisaki could tell he could get used to seeing every day. Taking the boys phone from the small hands he let his gloved fingers graze the others hand before taking the phone from Izuku and entered his number with excitement thrumming under his skin as he did so.
After Izuku retrieved his phone his father had to go and ruin the moment Chisaki was trying to make by looking at him with his hideous face "Now do we have a deal Chisaki?"
No way in hell he would have normally agreed to such a deal without knowing more about what it entails but his mouth and black heart spoke before his brain could keep up "Of course I look forward to doing business with you."
All for One stood from the table with a smug look with Kurogiri following suit. "It was a pleasure doing business with you, I look forward to the future." his angel seemed to have caught up with the fact that the meeting was over shoving several bites of cake into his mouth before standing with his father quickly nearly knocking over his chair.
The Leagues leader stretched out his hand waiting for the sealing handshake that would seal his fate. As long as that fate included Izuku he would gladly make a deal with the devil. Both he and Chronos stood as he grasped the hand giving it a firm handshake. "Now come along Izu lets get you home." All for One grasped his angel's shoulder gently guiding him out of the restaurant.
"Bye Chisaki-san! Oh and Chronos-san!" The boy exclaimed as the group left the restaurant, it as then Chisaki realized he didn't get Izuku's number from him. Not that he didn't trust the kid to message him he just didn't want to let this opportunity to continue talking to the first pure being he's ever met slip through his fingers. Let alone one as adorable as the green haired beauty.
Running out of the restaurant he saw the boy about to get into the black high-class car parked out front with his father "Oh Midoriya-kun I forgot to grab your number from you." The boy in front of him blushed as if this misstep was his own fault.
"Oh sorry, I must have forgotten to give you mine!" The boy's blush suited him and Chisaki could feel himself smile underneath his medical mask as he grabs the phone offered to him.
**All for One pov**
Sitting in the car he watched as the scientist tried to once again flirt with his son in front of the restaurant "I think this meeting went fairly well." he mused to Kurogiri who shook his head.
"You are a terrible matchmaker."
Raising his non-existent eyebrows he gasped "Whatever could you mean?"
He could feel Kurogiri also raising one non-existent eyebrow in his direction "You are seriously trying to set up your only child with a psychotic scientist who hates everything about the League and his only positive characteristics are that he has an obsession with the quirkless and good hygiene. "
"I think its a perfect match, look how cute they would be together." being the proud father he is he wasn't afraid to gush about his child. After all his child was adorable in every single way.
Looking back at his baby he could see Izuku sporting a rosy blush as he talked to Chisaki. A light chuckle sounded from Kurogiri "This is about Izu's matchmaking skills isn't it?"
"Out of every living human being he set up Inko with All Might! If I have to co-parent with a superhero I'm going to make sure my future son in law with be a villain to balance it out!" He declared raising his fist to the sky cursing Inko for having a thing for blue-eyed blonds.
"And you chose Chisaki for that role? You could have set him up with anyone at the league and we wouldn't have had to compromise with Chisaki."
He shot a glare at Kurogiri, even if he was Izuku's godfather he really wants to punch him sometimes "Like who? Tomura? My boy needs his hugs without getting disintegrated! Not to mention all his other issues! And Dabi? No way in hell, I'm not going to let my boy get mixed up in his family issues." He huffed then continued "Plus with the way things were going if I hadn't intervened in his love life he would have ended up with his 'Kacchan' and my son needs a healthy relationship!"
"And you chose Chisaki."
"Just you wait, I have already picked out their venue and everything. Just imagining All Mights face makes the wait worth it."
Izuku opened the car door and climbed in smiling at them both "Chisaki seems really nice dad. I'm glad I got to meet him. Oh and thanks for the cake dad!"
I shot Kurogiri a proud smile, see he was right. Everything is going according to plan. They had just pulled away from the restaurant when Izuku's phone buzzed, his son took it out and with a bright smile "Oh it's Chisaki-san!"
Ha! Just wait until All Might hears about this!
