Summary
Axel manages to drag Roxas back to the Organization, but things sadly don’t go back to the way they were. Roxas is put through a harrowing experiment that takes a heavy toll on him, and Axel can only stand aside and watch as his best friend deteriorates right before his very eyes. All the while, his complicated relationship with Saïx is thrown back into chaos as the two inexplicably begin to feel again — and they soon find that they’re not the only ones being affected in this way.
