Summary
Gone. Every one was gone. It was just him and his dead friend for company. He was a King in an empty forest, no one left who needed him. He did his job, of course he did, but sometimes he wondered if it was worth it. Humans couldn't enter the forest anymore, their lack of belief prevented them seeing the wonder and magic of the Fairy Kings Forest. Leaving seemed pointless, there was nowhere else in the world that would welcome the last fairy, after all they didn't exist.
The last of the fairies, Harlequin. Alone but yet not. His friends gone but they will return. With loneliness taking hold of the king of the fairies their return is something he desperately needs. And return they did, all because of a random trip to the forest of insanity, with anyone who passes the fog loosing their minds. A chance meeting may be exactly what this lost being needs to become what he once was, happy.
