It wasn't totally taboo—he’d read through his contract enough to know they weren’t explicitly not allowed to fool around, but he’d never allowed himself the time to even consider it because he’d always been so laser-focused on winning. He still is. A momentary lapse in judgment to hold the hand of someone who needed reassurance won’t distract him from the main prize.
