   Summary

   Roose Bolton stripped the resistance out of him layer by layer, so that Theon was raw and aching by the time Lord Bolton was done with him, but he was still whole, not broken like the things he’d witnessed downstairs - and it was mercy. The little Lord Bolton afforded, anyway.
