Summary
Rei knows that Endeavor married her because she was a female alpha with an ice quirk. Enji was not what you expected from a male omega. He was not submissive or androgynous. He wanted children but he did not want to bear them. Rei had always been more in touch with her primary gender and so wanted to bear her own kids. Add on the fact that Enji was rich, famous, and handsome and on paper their marriage made a good deal of sense.
Until Endeavor goes into heat, while Rei was pregnant with Touya. It was early in their marriage and pregnancy usually (was supposed to) decreases virility in alpha females. A month later and it becomes clear there are now two pregnant people in the Todoroki house.
