Summary
Seokjin hated Friday nights.
Friday nights were Namjoon’s long days at work at the office. He always tried to finish everything at work so that he could “relax during the weekend”. But it never happened. It always took him forever to get home, and he would inevitably bring work home anyways. It felt like there was no time for him until the weekend was over.
“This Friday was supposed to be different, though.” Seokjin complained into the phone. “You said you’d be home on time and that we could…” His voice trailed off. “You promised.”
“I know, Jinnie.” Namjoon’s voice cackled through the phone’s speaker, “I’ll make it up to you.”
“I just want you to be here.” Seokjin huffed.
“I want to be there, too.” Namjoon whispered.
Silence. The second most hated thing on Seokjin’s list. He didn’t know what to say, he just wanted to lay in bed with his boyfriend and-
