   Summary

Being a merman born with defective fins, Izuku was left with not much to do but wander, and from a young age, he had always been warned by his mother not to get too close to humans because of it too. But when a human falls down a cliff and into the sea on a particularly stormy night, despite his shortcomings, Izuku has no other choice but to help in any way he can.
