Scenario 1: Canon character
LQG's first lover was Mu QingFang.

It happened when they were still disciples. Two adolescent boys running around the same mountains who happened to see each other a lot because of LQG's love of Fighting, and the injuries he acquired in his pursuit of said love. (In fact, now I've this headcanon that MQF probably got as good as he is at healing, in part because of all the practice he had had on LQG the Reckless Idiot)
They became good friends and eventually rolled around the sheets with each other in their exploration of their newly awakening sexualities, but they eventually agreed that the two of them worked better as simply friends, and so ended that aspect of their relationship on friendly terms.
MQF topped for their first time together, because they both agreed that handing your virgin ass to an equally virgin LQG is probably a bad idea. And MQF, being a healer, probably had a better idea of what he's doing. He probably did some research on it too, either before or after, or heck, during their first time. The previous Lord of Qian Cao Peak, MQF's shizun, probably helped MQF find reading material on the subject. He's the head healer of 12 mountains of adolescent boys and girls, he probably has seen it all. He'd probably just call MQF into his office, give him a stack of books, and be like: I know what you and LQG are up to. Here, read all this, and please don't come back here with stupid and embarrassing injuries, even though I know you probably will anyway...
Perhaps SQQ will learn of MQF and LQG's past relationship during a Peak Lord meeting. Somebody's disciple hooked up with somebody else's disciple, the young men are trying to be sneaky about it but of course their shizun's weren't born yesterday. So the subject of what to do about them is up for discussion during this meeting. The Ku Xing (acerbic) Peak Lord frowns upon that kind of behaviour and suggests punishment and separation for the young men. But then Qi Qingqi's like: pfft, they're a bunch of adolescent boys running around the same mountains, these things are bound to happen every so often, it's not that big of a deal....right Liu-shixiong and Mu-shixiong?
And then some of the other peak lords snicker and begins to jostle and tease the pair, even YQY gives a few indulgent chuckles while the Ku Xing peak lord glares at them all in disapproval. LQG and MQF's past relationship isn't exactly a big secret among the Cang Qiong peak lords. Also said peak lords are shameless gossips. LQG is a bit shy and flustered, but since this is their wacky family of peak lords, both he and MQF are mostly just like: yeah bro, we sure did some crazy stuff in our college days, good times good times~
And during all this SQQ is sitting there quietly, half his face behind his slowly waving fan, looking every bit the aloof immortal above all this mortal ruckus, but inside he's all: "lqg and mqf?? LQG AND MQF??????? Wha....????????" And trying desperately to picture/To Not Picture the quiet, unassuming healer fucking the Bai Zhan Peak Lord.
But wait... LQG and MQF are still good friends and MQF is still LQG's primary physician, so the two peak lords still see each other pretty often. And MQF is one of the world's best healers, whose job is in large part, to observe his patients for signs and symptoms of their ailments. LQG and LBH can get pretty rough with each other...but LQG seems to brush off injuries and pain like they're but lint on his clothes...but has MQF noticed anything? does he know?
And that's when MQF notices SQQ staring at him, and gives SQQ a gentle smile.

Scenario 2: Original Character(s)
LQG's first lover(s) was a pair of half-demon twins

LQG's family is large and influential, and have business dealings with various traders for some hard-to-acquire goods. One of those traders was a brother-sister pair. These siblings have long ago decided to embrace their half-demon heritage and used their ability to blend into both worlds to their advantage, running a successful business traveling and trading between the human and demon worlds. (I haven't yet decided whether LQG knew about their demon heritage from the beginning, or he finds out later :P) Since their journeys are long and dangerous, they are also powerful fighters with a level of cultivation that is quite similar to what LQG, SQQ, etc. has now. And since they are powerful fighters with exotic weapons and exotic fighting styles, of COURSE Liu Qingge is going to Fite them.
Kid!LQG would challenge them every chance he got as they periodically visited the Liu estate for their business dealings. At first they were like: "kid, you're a kid. We're not going to fight a kid." And basically dodge him if he tries to attack them, grab him by the scruff of the neck, and toss him in the direction of his mother's courtyard or the kitchens.
The Liu's is a family of Fighters, kids being tossed around into the air is a common sight for them. Plus it was not like a bunch of traders are going to actually harm a kid of one of their richest business partners. It's fine.
So LQG goes away to the Cang Qiong Mountains to further his training as a cultivator, comes back on family-visiting leave a few years later, while the twins are at the Liu estate on another one of their visits. And Youth!LQG's like: "I'm not a kid anymore, I'm now First Disciple of Bai Zhan Peak. No more dallying! Fite meh!"
And the twins are like: "HOT DAYUMN!! Talk about a glow-up!!" Not only physically, but in his spiritual energy too. They're not gonna tell him that though. Actually, they have been impressed by this stubborn, one-track-minded kid since shortly after their first meeting. But they're not gonna tell him that either. At least not now.
So yeah, the three of them eventually ended up tumbling from the sparring grounds all the way to the bedrooms *wink*
The brother and LQG was where most of the action was. Haven't decided on the sister's role yet. Maybe something similar to SQQ (as of chapter 16 of "Dual Cultivate or Date"), mostly watching on the side, but lends them a hand (heh) or so from time to time. The twins are reminiscent of SQQ and LBH, with the brother being calm and gentle, and uses fans as his main weapon, while the sister is bold and arrogant and not hiding it, using twin hooks as her main weapon. The similarities to SQQ and LBH are there, not because SQQ and LBH are replacements for LQG's first lovers, but because they're early signs to what the young LQG's preferences will mature to be. For now LQG is just a virgin youth, tentatively exploring his own budding sexuality. And the twins knew that their paths will eventually diverge, that LQG will grow up to find his own, true partner(s). (haven't decided yet whether LQG knew this also). Still, the twins took their job as first guides to this young man's sexual journeys seriously, and did their best. Though since they are much older than LQG, and LQG was a virgin back then, they held back and went easy on him :D
Their time together ended after that whole thing with Tianlang-jun and Su Xiyan went down. Before that, although human-demon relations were bad, traders like the twins were still tolerated for the rare and valuable goods they bring. But after that, the human world became very hostile for demons, and especially half-demons, so the twins decided to retreat to the demon world until a time when relations between the 2 races improve again...and now it has improved, because of SQQ and LBH shenanigans, so perhaps the twins will now be back :D
If they come back, the twins would be happy to see that LQG has indeed grown up to find his own peeps. However, LQG will forever be that awkward, adorable, and awesome kid of yester-years in their eyes, and they love to tease him :D Being older, well-traveled, cut-throat (sometimes literally) traders, they'd see through all 3 of the Dual Cultivate trio (LQG, SQQ, LBH) instantly. And like all good Chinese seniors, they mercilessly tease their juniors, but only because they like them, and because said juniors are a bunch of idiots who can't admit to themselves and each other how much they're into each other XD
The twins' similarities to SQQ and LBH are mostly only surface-level. For example, the brother uses fans, but not the fine, ornate ones that SQQ likes. As the weapons of a nomadic trader, his fans are more simple and utilitarian with metal spines instead of finely carved wood or bamboo ones. That doesn't mean he doesn't appreciate the finer things though. In fact, fine fans are part of what he and his sister trades. They trade fine crafts from the human world with raw materials from the demon world. Perhaps LQG will ask the brother for help, picking out a gift for SQQ. And perhaps LQG will also ask the sister to help him pick out some exotic spices to gift to LBH too.
The twins' fighting style and cultivation techniques are honed mostly for shortening their travel time and evading monsters and bandits instead of fighting them head-on. The brother uses fans to enhance his wind powers (yes he has wind powers from his demon heritage) for some AOE Crowd Control, while the sister uses her hook swords to basically grab and bodily fling opponents out of their way. Sometimes they combine their attacks to fling stuff really, really far away. They're busy business owners with a schedule to keep. They don't have time for that shit. And yes, the sister's power from her demon heritage is super strength. And I've decided on one of her major roles during smexy times with the young LQG -- holding LQG down for her brother. The 3 of them were finding that LQG enjoyed being physically restrained during sex, though it wasn't as big of a deal at the time for the younger LQG because although he was already a super talented fighter, he was still a work-in-progress then, and there were still enough ppl in the world who could hold him down against his will. By the time he and LBH ran into each other's dicks however, it has been a long, looong time since anyone has been able to do that for LQG.

I mean, why not? acernor never specified how many lovers LQG has had before the whole shenanigans with LBH and SQQ. I'm thinking maybe the MQF stuff first, then the twins stuff second. Maybe LQG has even had a few more lovers between the twins and LBH and SQQ. Oh, and they're all very pretty.
System: LBH's Jealousy Points is now OVER 9000!!!
Cuz, poor Airplane-bro could only sneak beautiful, competent men into his rent-paying stallion novel when they are given next to no screen time. And in this new iteration of PIDW that Cucumber-bro accidentally made, somehow these beautiful cannon fodder men all end up in gay romances with LQG, who is orginally also only a minor character who lived and died off-screen.
Airplane-bro has no idea what's up with this world he created anymore. (Why are they all gay???)
He got to keep his ideal man Mobei-Jun tho. And the current PIDW world that he lives in IS the PIDW that he actually wanted to write...for the most part. So, maybe that's all that matters ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
