Shen Jiu couldn't believe it. After having a strange dream where he spoke with two mystical figures, he was granted a new chance at life.
However, he has a mission: to raise, this time properly, the little beast that tortured and killed him in his last life.
Though he was reluctant and wanted to solve the problem at its root (by directly killing the beast), the mystical figures didn't allow it.
He had to raise the beast, help it grow strong, and become a worthy Lord of Demons.
For what?
So it could kill him again?
However, Shen Jiu could only grit his teeth and accept the conditions. When and how he fulfilled them wasn’t specified. He could do it his way.
Returning to his harsh and horrible childhood, he decides not to make the same mistakes and escape from the Qiu with his Qi-Ge.
Wait a moment.
Something's wrong... Why is everyone looking at him with affection and sympathy? Why wasn't he hearing curses? Did he just steal something, and the owner didn't chase him but gave him the food instead?
