The only thing known was that the traitorous Shang Qinghua experienced an unfortunate fate following his disappearance.

Shen Qingqiu can’t believe Liu Qingge agreed to do this, even with his obvious embarrassment. Despite the ridiculous premise.
He tilts his Shidi’s head back up, from where he’s drifted out of position, palm cupping a blotchy flushed cheek. Liu Qingge shivers, leans into his touch and hesitantly reaches out for him. His robes, flimsy as they are, don’t hide his growing interest.
“Does Qingge want something?” Shen Qingqiu asks, lowering himself down onto Liu-Shidi’s lap. “Can this Shixiong help with anything?”
“A’Yuan- I-I-” Liu Qingge stutters, hands resting on Shen Qingqiu’s sides.
“Oh, Liu-Shidi is feeling bold?” Shen Qingqiu teases as he watches Liu Qingge get more and more flustered, fists balling up in his robes.
Ah, Liu-Shidi really is to fun to tease.

Now, he has to navigate his weird Shizun, and make sure Luo Binghe didn’t have to suffer all that was in the novel. In doing so, he might’ve forgotten to make sure he wasn’t suffering as well.
