   Summary

   Guy double fists a submissive muscle stud on a hospital bed...lols. Stage 2 Elite Tyrants are everything tyrant, but without the virus. If rescued in time, the virus (transported by a parasite) can be removed. But it is a touchy parasite that cannot be removed via special tools...so hands it is!
