Chapter Text
Jimin sauntered up to the nearby bar, bending over to lean against it. When the bartender approached him he purred, “ Another bottle of soju, please~”
The man nodded and grabbed a bottle, cracked the top open, and slid it towards the blond along with a shot glass. Jimin took a seat as he thanked the bartender, pouring himself a shot and downing it.
“What’s a pretty little flower like you doing in a place like this?” A gruff voice murmured against Jimin’s ear, chest flush with his back. His cologne was apparent, but not suffocating.
“Drinking,” the blond jeered.
“Ah harder stuff I see, didn’t expect that.” The man hummed
“Never judge a book by its cover, we learned that as children, no?” Jimin smirked to himself.
The man sighed, “Touché, mind if I join you?”
“Sure”
The mysterious guy circled Jimin’s bar stool, taking a seat to his right. The blond glanced at him, doing a double take. Jimin turned to look at him fully, eyes latching onto his mint green hair instantly. He had tattoos all up and down his arms, yet they weren’t quite sleeves. He had sharp, cat-like eyes that seemed to drastically contrast his soft, pouty lips. He was lean, but broad in the shoulders and his hands; they were large and veiny, making Jimin shudder at what they were capable of. He also found that it wasn’t cologne he smells, it was the man scent itself. It was a nice blend of tobacco, dark roast coffee, and a something Jimin couldn’t quite place.
“You’re staring Darling,” the man teased
Jimin averted his gaze, waving the bartender down again. “Get this man a drink,” he turned to look the mint-haired man in the eye, “Anything he wants.”
The other quirked a brow is curiosity. He never broke eye contact with the blond while he spoke, “ I’ll have a single malt.”
Jimin smirked, “Good taste, didn’t expect that.”
“Don’t judge a book by its cover, right?” The mint haired man snickered
“Right.” Jimin hummed
The blond thanked the bartender when he returned with the mysterious man’s drink, smiling slightly.
“So, what’s your name?” Jimin asked.
“Yoongi, but some know me as Min Suga or August D.”
“Oh~ who knows you by those names? Fellow gang members?” Jimin laughed
“You could say that.” The man replied, chuckling when he saw Jimin’s face changed from amusement to panic. “Fellow underground rappers and a few co-workers at the tattoo shop a few blocks from here, don’t worry.”
The statement pacified the blond somewhat, making him sigh and down another shot of soju. “Name’s Jimin,”
“So brought you to this bar? Surely you aren’t from around here, I would recognize you.” Yoongi inquired but noticed Jimin’s confusion so he elaborated. “Everyone knows everyone in the part of the city, you stick out like a sore thumb.”
“Ah,” Jimin nodded, “I just wanted a change of scenery I guess- maybe a little fun too.” The blond smiled coyly at Yoongi, tracing his finger along the lip of his shot glass.
“Oh? What kinda fun exactly? Did ya get bored of the all ritzy clubs and shopping sprees with your friends?” Yoongi joked, realizing what he said out loud when Jimin raised his brows questioningly. He looked down at his drink and muttered, “I’m sorry, I really should think before I speak.”
Jimin laughed and playfully shoved Yoongi arm. “Lighten up will you, my ego isn’t that fragile.” The blond glanced down at his own glass and hummed, “You were right though, I’m tired of all that stuff. Everyone’s fake anyways, only friends with your credit card or… your parents' money in my case.”
“People are shit, ‘tis the world we live in.” Yoongi breathed, “Daddy’s money can’t fix all problems huh?”
Jimin laughed, “It’s true, but that’s not to say I rely on it all the time. I have a job, I’m going to a reasonable college, but I do get an allowance. At first, it was fun, being the ring leader of partying, but it’s just too stressful- I’ve grown to hate it. I feel trapped though, there’s a certain image painted of me around different circles.”
“What do you mean?”
“Well, to my parents I’m their goody two shoed, straight A’s son. My friends see me the same way, but with a rebellious, party animal side, which is somewhat true. It’s just a lot to balance, keeping up the appearances I mean.” Jimin sighed pouring himself some more alcohol, finding that his bottle was rapidly draining.
“Then don’t.” Yoongi shrugged
“That’s easy for you to say,” Jimin scoffed.
“If you don’t want to be seen that way anymore, then do something to change their view of you.”
The blond huffed, “but I don’t want to ruin relationships, especially with my parents. I do still love them, despite their suffocating behavior.”
“Who gives a shit? If they truly love you as their son, your relationship will survive.” Yoongi assured
“I suppose.” Jimin admitted, “ What should I do then?”
“That’s up to you. Maybe grow lax with grades? Get a boyfriend polar opposite of you?”
The blond’s eyes brightened, “Actually, that’s not a bad idea.” He looked at Yoongi mischievously.
“What?”
“Nothing~” Jimin mused, “How about some more drinks, on me.”
The mint haired man chuckled and replied, “Weird flex, but okay.”
~~~
The more they drank, the more Jimin noticed how attractive Yoongi was. He had that bad boy aesthetic that the blond drooled over like a hormonal teenager. Not to mention, his scent was absolutely intoxicating, much like the alcohol they’d been downing for almost two hours straight.
He also discovered just how fun and laid back Yoongi was. He was sarcastic and his sense of humor was dry as hell, but he still had a big heart behind that. He could flip from ranting about social constructs to cooing over his labradoodle, Min Holly, in a matter of minutes.
Soon, the boys both found themselves extremely drunk, Jimin more so than Yoongi, giggling at the dumbest things and shamelessly flirting with one another. His scent was also more apparent to Yoongi, it was a light and sweet mixture of honey, frankincense, and saffron.
“We should slow down sweetheart, don’t need us both blackout drunk,” Yoongi suggested
Jimin chortled and traced circles around Yoongi’s heart, “Aww is someone worried about Diminie?”
Yoongi quirked a brow, ultimately shrugged the nickname off. “Well, I don’t want to see something happen to you, that’s for sure. It can be dangerous around here at night.”
“That’s why I have you. My big bad alpha protector, Min Suga.” Jimin laughed more, draping himself over Yoongi, his scent gland dangerously
“Right.” Yoongi hummed, “let’s get you home, I’m too drunk to drive, so you can stay with me for tonight if you’d like.”
“Oh~ go to your place? On the first date? You should know I’m not that easy Yoongi.” Jimin teased, leaning closer to the mint-haired man’s ear. “Though I suppose I can make an exception, just this once.”
Yoongi blushed, adding to his drunk flush. “I- that’s not- wait did you say date?”
“Mmhmm~”
“Yeah- okay, you’re definitely drunk,” Yoongi concluded
“Drunk on you maybe,” Jimin retorted.
Yoongi rolled his eyes, “Come on, let’s pay for the tab.”
“M’kay and then your place, right?” Jimin inquired
“Uh- Yeah… sure”
They paid for their tab and managed to stumble out of the bar, into the parking lot. The blond giggled the entire way, clinging to Yoongi’s leather jacket. The mint haired man lead Jimin towards a nearby alleyway, knowing it was the quickest and safest way to his apartment at this time of night.
Out of nowhere, Yoongi found himself pinned to the wall of one of the buildings, Jimin pressing up against him. The blond attached their lips hungrily, groaning at the feeling. Yoongi stood frozen, unsure of what to do.
Jimin whined as he pulled away, “Kiss me, please.”
“Jimin, you’re drunk, I-I can’t.” The mint haired man reasoned, trying to fight the increasingly alluring, prominent scents of honey and saffron that were taking over his senses.
“Yes you can, please.”
Yoongi bit his lip as Jimin felt him up and attacked his exposed neck with playful nips. “Jimin- fuck, you’re making this really difficult right now. Let’s just go home, sleep everything o-off.”
Jimin ignored him, kissing him again, this time licking at his bottom lip and whispering, “Please- A-alpha-“
Yoongi froze, did Jimin not realize that he wasn't an alpha? Sure, his scent was said to be similar to one of an alpha, but every omega had an undertone to their scents that differentiated them from alphas. Jimin whined again, breaking Yoongi’s train of thought.
“Ah, shit.” Yoongi gave in, flipping them around so the blond was caged against the wall. Jimin gasped, arching himself into Yoongi and baring his neck. The mint haired man guided Jimin’s lips to his own, holding his face delicately.
Eventually, his hands traveled down to the blond’s thighs, promptly lifting him up and pushing him flush with the building behind him. Jimin wrapped his legs around Yoongi’s waist, moaning at the amount of contact they shared. Yoongi swallowed the other’s whines as he sucked on his lip.
When he pulled away, He nuzzled into Jimin neck and murmured, “Let’s go now Jiminie, please?”
“Kay,” the blonde slung his arms around Yoongi, allowing him to carry him the remainder of the way to his apartment.
Once they were inside, Yoongi took Jimin to his room and set him down on the bed. He quickly gathered clothes for the boy to borrow, soon turning to hand them to the blonde. After a few tries and a bit of Yoongi’s help, Jimin was dressed for bed. The mint haired man tucked Jimin in, making sure there was a bucket beside the bed.
“Try to sleep a bit and lay on your side, okay? I’ll just be in the other room if you need me.”
Jimin grabbed into a Yoongi’s arm and pouted, “Stay?”
“Jimin- you know I can’t,” Yoongi sighed
“Please?”
The mint haired man caved, sliding into the left side of the bed, laying as far from Jimin as possible. “Goodnight,” he murmured.
“G’night” The blond slurred snuggling into the cool sheets, though he didn’t stay like that for very long. Jimin fidgeted and whimpered softly, obviously restless.
“Jimin,” Yoongi hummed, “go to sleep.”
“I can’t,” The blond groaned
Yoongi rolled over, asking, “Why not?”
Jimin was laying on his side, facing Yoongi. He was curled up on himself a bit, squeezing his thighs together repeatedly. He whined again, gazing at Yoongi helplessly.
“Jesus Christ you-” Yoongi trailed off, feeling a bout of second-hand embarrassment coming on.
“M’sorry, I-I can’t help it.” Jimin sniveled
“It’s okay, come here.” Yoongi motioned for the blond to lay against his chest. Jimin hastily crawled over to him, snuggling into his shirt, inhaling the smell of his dark scent. He did his best not to wiggle, to dismiss his little problem .
The mint haired man rubbed soothing circles into Jimin’s back, whispering in his ear, hoping to comfort him somewhat. After a while, the blonde settled down and drifted off to sleep. Yoongi breathed a sigh of relief, soon nodding off himself.
~~~
Yoongi cracked his eyes open, groaning at the blinding light. He looked around, taking note of scattered clothing and his forming headache. His eyes widened as he tried to sit up in bed, but failed due to something weighing him down. When Yoongi looked down, he saw a now half-naked Jimin, hugging onto him like a koala.
“Shit-“ Yoongi muttered, holding his breath as Jimin started to wake up. The blonde sat up, rubbing his eyes a little.
“Wh-what happened last night?” Jimin yawned,
“We got wasted, you mostly.”
The blonde gasped, “Oh god, I’m so sorry. Was I troublesome? I can get very… frisky when I’m that drunk.”
“Well…” Yoongi mused, “You were a bit of a handful, but nothing too bad.” The mint haired man looked away from Jimin as he blushed, remembering some of the events from the night before.
Jimin whined, “Nooo, I was worse than usual, I’m sure of it.”
“I never said that,” Yoongi defended
“You’re blushing and avoiding eye contact, that means something happened-“ Jimin felt his chest, realizing he was shirtless. He looked at Yoongi worriedly, “Shit! We didn’t… you know?”
Yoongi snorted, “No we didn’t, you tried though.”
“Oh god, I’m sorry.” Jimin wailed, wincing at the dull ache in the back of his skull.
“It’s okay, really.”
The blond shook his head. “I’m so embarrassed,”
“Don’t worry about it. You were fairly well behaved,” Yoongi laughed, “How about some coffee and medication for these killer hangovers?”
Jimin nodded, “Please.”
