   Summary

   Poe's life is forever changed when he is plucked out of slavery in the quarry at Tivoli and taken to Rome to train as a gladiator. There, he falls in love with Rey Skywalker, niece of Emperor Luke Skywalker. But with her brother Ben, the future Emperor, breathing down their necks, they must keep their distance or face the consequences.
