Work Text:
When Jimin gets home, she immediately throws herself on top of Yoonji.
Yoonji gasps as her weight lands on her and all the air is knocked out of her lungs. The bed underneath them dips and Yoonji groans, pushing Jimin until she isn’t crushing her lungs anymore.
Jimin smiles but doesn’t say a word. Yoonji sighs and reaches out, already recognizing that Jimin’s day today wasn’t the best.
Her fingers run through Jimin’s long brown locks and Jimin relaxes gradually. Her shoulders are still stiff and Yoonji will probably call Hoseok over later to deal with that, but for right now, she’s focused on making her girlfriend feel better.
Jimin’s eyes flutter shut after another moment and Yoonji smiles, leaning over to press a kiss to her cheek. Her girlfriend doesn’t respond, but Yoonji didn’t expect her to either.
Yoonji watches as Jimin fights a losing battle with sleep. Her girlfriend hates taking naps because it always messes up her hair, but Yoonji would rather she rest a while instead of letting her stress get the better of her.
As a result, she smiles when Jimin finally falls asleep. Her breaths deepen and slow down, limbs spread out as she gives in. Yoonji kisses her hair then, resigning herself to watching her favorite person in the world sleep for a few hours.
Not like she minds, anyway. She loves Jimin too much to mind anything really.
Good thing Jimin loves her back.
