   Summary

   Pyotr Anatolievich is a Russian diplomat stationed in Miami. He has just murdered one of the CIA's best and youngest agents. Alex Rider is recovering after Scorpia Rising in San Francisco, but Joe Byrne needs a solution to his problem and fast - before a war breaks out. His only hope is Alex Rider, however much he hates to admit it.
