During his time with the Carribbean Coalition, Baptiste always had the supplies needed to get through any encounter, and Talon had money, so he assumed it would always be the same, but when he finds out the hard way that he doesn't have suppressants in the middle of a mission, he falls back into the hands of another Talon recruit.
