“I’m thinking.” The Prince said.
“About what?”
The Prince then props his body on his elbow, looking at Jiwon straight to the eyes.
“About us,” he rests his palm on Jiwon’s chest, “...what if I’m just me, and you’re just you. I am not a Prince, and you are not a knight. Maybe somewhere, sometimes, there will be another June… another Jiwon… Maybe that time, one of us would be a girl. Or maybe we will be born in the time when people accept our kind of love.”
By the time he is saying the last sentence, his tears fall.
