   Summary

Kac-chan's death never should have happened. The heroes should have never failed that day, but they did. Now they'll have to face the consequences of their inaction. If fact, the whole hero world will reap what they have sown.

AKA Izuku has to deal with not only getting his dreams crushed by All Might but being unable to save Bakugou from getting killed. All for One comes to pick up the pieces left behind and mold them into a villain no one will stand a chance against.
