Navy - Welcome Yellow! As you’ve probably read in the instructions, this is an anonymous group where we can all chat and ask for help with any problems. You can give your pronouns, and you can scroll up to see our pronouns. It is advised you do not give details about yourself like your quirk, although if you have quirk problems you can text us! Emerald - Wouldn’t there be ways to counteract that, with such destructive quirks? Like I know especially when you’re younger quirks are hard to control and often operate accidentally but there usually ways to counteract the quirk

Emerald - I bet I could help with a design if I knew how the destruction part worked so you dont destroy things that badly…

Emerald - But basically its a glove that has two fingers missing made of two materials so you don't accidentally destroy the glove and it has retractability by buttons so it turns into a bracelet when you wanna use it

Emerald - Support and rescue heroes are just as important as action-dominant heroes because while the action heroes take down the villains the support heroes are making sure the civilians are safe and relatively uninjured. The support heroes do as much if not more than the action heroes but receive very little credit

Emerald - It is very versatile and has lots of practical applications witht he different directions but it also depends on the type of drawback it would have

Emerald - Like weight limit and range are things that could be trained higher, but line of sight and whether it works through object might stay as things to work around and like hand motions would make it more difficult for fighting or if they were inccapitated in any way

Emerald - But you could easily take away a support item from a villain if you could see it

Emerald - The only problems with quirk overuse might involve a headache or soreness in arms to not being able to use them

Emerald - But overall it’d be really useful especially if trained for both practical and hero use

Eijiro blinked in confusion around the room. How did Taffy know? Was he about to die right now via internet stalker?

Just then, Ashido came up to his desk. What did Ashido want with him? The girl with a powerful physical quirk who would most certainly make it, unlike him with his weak hardening quirk?

“Hey, Scar,” she said casually. Eijiro almost didn’t realize what she said.

“Wait are you Taffy?” he blurted. Ashido smirked and nodded. “How did you know?”

“You mentioned things that matched up. Also you’d check your phone when mine buzzed for the chat,” Ashido said.

Damn, Ashido was good. No wonder the bubbly Taffy was her. At least she was nice about it.

Shota sighed. Unless another teacher expelled their whole class, which logically was highly improbable, this meant that Violet was someone who knew him or worked at UA. Based on previous behavior, and things Violet had mentioned before, such as rants on the sexualization of women, that meant...

Nemuri was so dead.

He was going to have to show Hizashi Emerald’s comment about overwork. If a middle-school civilian could get that information, there was no telling how a villain could exploit that.

Emerald - I may be a hero otaku, but there is a reason I’m an All Might stan and not an Endeavor stan. He is only number two because of his powerful, versatile quirk. He has caused much collateral damage with his fire, and prioritizes taking down villains over making sure civilians are safe, and is prone to show disregard for other heroes on the scene trying to help. He doesn’t inspire hope like All Might, and that’s why he will remain in All Might’s shadow.

“Too much identifying information,” Aizawa said, pulling out his sleeping bag and laying it on the staff room floor.

“What? Is this- Do you have the Prism chat thing too? Shouta?” Kayama asked. Aizawa got inside his sleeping bag in response. “Shouta, you’re on it aren’t you?”

Aizawa didn’t respond, he simply “slept”. Couldn’t fool Kayama though, she went to school with this fucker.

Deciding she wouldn’t get an answer out loud, she texted said chat.

It was silent in the room for a bit except for the pings of messages coming through on Kayama’s phone.

“Nemuri, use your brain,” Aizawa said in response to something she sent.

“You know I don’t have one!” Kayama yelled back. Silence. Kayama decided her best bet was to harass him online untill he gave in. Kayama could be persistent.

“Don’t you have a class to teach?” Aizawa said. Shit. She did.

“I swear you expelled your whole class simply because you didn’t want to teach,” Kayama grumbled, heading towards her classroom.

“I always knew you were my biggest fan,” Kayama joked the next time Aizawa was alone in the staff room with her. Aizawa gave her a flat look, silently asking her to explain. Or maybe plotting her murder, but Kayama continued on.

“My hero name is Midnight. Your chat name is Midnight,” she stated, grinning wildly.

“You know as well as I do that we didn’t pick those chat names,” Aizawa stated flatly, unimpressed.

“The chat reached in your soul and found the thing you most wanted: support for your favorite and amazing friend Kayama,” Kayama dramatically said, reaching over towards the unimpressed hero.

“No, it reached in my soul and found it black, devoid of any positive emotion to anyone," Aizawa snarked back, as Yamada walked in.

"Shouta! How could you say something like that! I thought we had something special," Yamada dramatically exclaimed.

"You thought," Aizawa deadpanned back.

"How could you say that to your own husband!" Kayama dramatically interjected.

"Yeah, I guess you won't be getting these cat pictures I planned on sending you during patrol then," Yamada said, fake sniffling. Aizawa's eyes widened at that.

"Hizashi, wait-"

Violet - how much do you know about underground heroes

Midnight - if you’re doing what i think you’re doing i swear to god i’ll tell pain in the ass #2 that you were the one that added redbull to his coffee

Violet - bold of you to assume he doesn’t already know

Midnight - fine i’ll tell him what you told his brother

Emerald - Well underground heroes are harder to track but that makes sense considering that's what they want but anyways as a whole they do work without expecting any of the credit and they often do covert operations so oftentimes you dont even know if they were on a case or not

Emerald - A couple of the underground heroes I’ve noticed are Eraserhead, the duo Harmony, Sightseer, and Owl. Most of these sightings are at night on specialized forums, so not much is known about them. Eraserhead seems to have some sort of nullification quirk, and clips of him show he is good at hand to hand. Sightseer has been noted as an informant a couple of times, knowing things about operations, but their quirk is unknown. Owl’s quirk seems to be rotating his head 360 degrees, and he uses it to startle his opponent in a fight, based off this video I saw. The duo Harmony work together, which seems unlike most underground operations, but they seem to compliment each other so well I don’t think they’d work better separately.

Emerald - Ingenium is a legacy hero with an engine quirk. His engines are in his arms, and he uses speed as a way to apprehend villains. But he focuses on rescuing civilians and getting them out of danger quickly, using his speed to make sure everyone is safe. When he does apprehend villains, he uses his speed to overpower the villain, maneuvering around buildings. While he can go to full speed quickly, he has trouble with corners and braking quickly, in which he uses airbags to help him compensate. He doesn’t just rely on his quirk, using his fortitude and fighting style to take down villains.

Emerald - Crimson Riot charges headfirst into situations with a hardening quirk, possibly because of one time when he hesitated and watched a civilian die early in his career. Although he’s an older hero, he has worked hard to apprehend the villains before letting civilians die. His quirk is very versatile, as hardening different parts of his body makes him near invulnerable in most situations.

‘Tensei! Tensei!” Tenya ran up to the Turbo hero, holding his phone. Tensei put down his phone, ignoring the buzzing from the “Hell Quartet” group chat with Yamada, Nemuri, and Aizawa.

“So you know the app you suggested I join?” Tenya said enthusiastically. Tensei nodded. It had been a good way to have Tenya help people as a hero, even before he went to UA.

“One of the people on there does really good analyses, and look what he wrote about you!” Tenya held his phone out. Tensei took it, and read it. It was really good, and even got his main goals and weaknesses. Tensei looked up and smiled, then started to read up. Tenya noticed, and screeched.

“Hey! No! That’s not okay! Tenseiiiii!” Tenya wrestled the phone out of his hands, and Tensei noticed he was getting stronger. He’d make a fine hero one day.

Of course, because the world worked that way, their mother called them down for dinner. But before he did, he glanced at his phone, to see that Nemuri had sent the exact same analysis, by the exact same person.

Maybe he should download the app, and mess with his friends and brother. Because that was an amazing coincidence, that Nemuri and Tenya be put in the same chat without knowing the other was there.

He hadn’t a chance to check his phone, what with Kacchan and then the Sludge Villain and then All Might and then All Might saying he could be a hero and All Might wanting to give him his quirk…

A kid interfered with Salmon’s work today. It was her first day of work too. She blatantly stated using her assets helped her get her job.

Mount Lady debuted today. She was one of the heroes on site at the sludge incident. She played up the sexuality aspect of marketing her heroism.

These coincidences were too big to ignore. Opening his notebook to her page, he wrote “salmon?” next to her name.

He should probably get a new notebook for this. If he figured out one, who’s to say he wouldn’t accidentally meet more?

It was lunchtime, and two of the budding Big Three were sat in a classroom waiting for Mirio to grab his lunch. They weren’t in the lunchroom - you couldn’t force Amajiki in there if you tried.

Mirio had left his phone on the table. Nejire, of course, noticed it, and decided to do the logical thing: locking him out for a bit.

She picked up his phone, and to her surprise, it opened without asking for a passcode. Amajiki noticed.

“A-are you sure you should be doing that?” he asked.

“Well,” Nejire responded, “It’s his own fault for leaving his phone here and unlocked. I wanna see what secrets he has on here.” Nejire looked back down at the phone. It was open to some colourful messaging app.

Scrolling up a bit didn’t help her confusion, so she did the next logical thing: typing in said chat itself.

Strangely, they didn’t refer to Mirio by name, only by the chat handle “Yellow”. Although some of the reactions were funny, she was outed really quick.

“Nejire, what are you doing?” Mirio asked as he walked in.

“Nothing,” Nejire responded nonchalantly.

“She stole your phone and is snooping,” Amajiki the traitor responded.

Mirio wasted no time getting his phone back. Typing out a quick response to the chat he was in, he put his phone in his pocket and turned to face the bubbly girl.

“What was that?” she asked.

“It’s an anonymous chat,” Mirio responded.

“Why would you willingly talk to strangers on the internet?” Amajiki asked. “Oh wait. It’s you. Of course you would,” he amended.

“Ooooooo,” Nejire cooed. “What’s it called?”

Emerald - That’d be a really cool quirk! Depending on how fast you could regrow, you could create an army of teeth, and could you create it at will or only replace lost bones? Also the bones would probably have to be exposed because they’ve been replaced, unless you could ‘eject’ the bones in which the skin would be semi-permeable, but you could use different bones as weapons of sorts, and not to mention freaking villains out as you remove your bones. Drawbacks could include the time and calcium needed to regrow the bones, and you’d be at risk from literally missing bones and potential calcium deficiency.

A soft mumbling reached his ears. It was coming from a small, plain looking greenette. Rather like Emerald’s analyses, but even Emerald should know not to disrupt other examinees!

He saw the greenette later in his exam center, trying to disrupt a girl. Was he Emerald? Perhaps. But that didn’t excuse him from disrupting others’ focus.

During the exam, the greenette used his quirk to destroy the zero-pointer to save the girl, shattering his bones in the process. There went his Emerald theory. And to save someone, like a true hero! He would've done the same in a real situation, right?

The ability to break down any quirk easily, and find its strengths and weaknesses? But because it’s normal to you, you don’t recognize it as a quirk?

Emerald - Well the quirk factor has autosomal linkage, meaning that the genes of the extra toe joint and not having a quirk are very close together on the chromosome so it’s almost unheard of to inherit them separately which is why we have the x-ray quirk test

It was time. First day of classes had started, and Shouta was ready to expel any of the twenty brats he’d been given this year. A bunch of them were talking loudly.

“If you’re gonna be hunting for buddies, do it elsewhere,” he said, cutting through the noise. None of them expected him to be the teacher. None of them ever did. There was the usual shock at them skipping the opening ceremony.

He had his eye on the kid who broke himself during the entrance exam. Midoriya was doing fairly well on the physical tests, but he wasn’t using his quirk. Eleven years, and the kid was too lazy to train his quirk, but wanted to become a hero? Pathetic.

He confronted him during the ball throw. Admittedly, that was a semi smart move, only using a finger, but he still needed to learn control. It was reminiscent of a child who’d just discovered their quirk.

Surprisingly, everyone tried their best, even Hagakure with her invisiblity quirk where she didn’t have a physical advantage. No one got expelled.

But something was bugging him. Where had he heard the words Bakugou yelled at Midoriya before? Had he seen the word “Deku” before?

Jirou sat, silently listening, observing her new classmates. Super hearing was nice, except for when she heard people in rooms over having sex. That had been a fun talk for her and her parents.

Anyways, of the classmates here already, Iida sat attentivley while Bakugou sat in his chair, ready to explode anyone who came near him. There were a couple others up and talking, despite the breathing she heard that was probably from Aizawa-sensei hiding in the front of the room. Midoriya was muttering, writing in a notebook. Shouji sat in front of her. She liked Shouji. He seemed like a chill dude. Plus, he also understood the perks and drawbacks of super hearing.

“Yo, Scar,” Ashido said, to Kirishima. “Do you think anyone else is in this class?”

Jirou heard a soft thud from the front of the classroom.

Next to her, Kaminari perked up. “Yo, are you also in the Prism chat? I’m Bumblebee!”

Iida had gotten up, and was now over there. “That is highly irresponsible! The point of the anonymous chat is to keep it anonymous! You shouldn’t talk about it!

Ashido smirked. “So you’re in the chat too,” she said.

“Wha- No! That- That is irrelevant!” Iida denied.

“Didn’t Navy say something like that earlier?” Kirishima commented.

“No- Why would you- I’m not! Why would I be Navy!” Iida continued.

Jirou tapped Shouji with an earlobe, who also had an ear to the desk. He moved an arm as an eye around to face her. Do you hear this shit? She silently mouthed. The eye turned into a mouth and nodded, then retracted.

Somewhere behind her, Midoriya was muttering more furiously about their colours. So he was also in the chat, but wasn’t about to tell them.

The thuds from the front had gotten more consistent, but not any louder. Jirou might have to do a bit of digging. This could be an interesting conspiracy.

Shouto sat silently, observing the classroom. Aizawa-sensei had told them to vote for a class representative. Honestly, Shouto could care less. He’d probably just vote for the second recommendation student Yaoyorozu. She was smart and seemed like she’d be a good leader. The rest of the class was in an excited buzz. It’s not like this mattered in the long run.

One might accuse him of voting for his friend, but they would be sorely mistaken. Shouto didn’t have friends. He couldn’t afford to make connections. He just chose the person most capable for the job.

His mind drifted to the Prism chat. What had been an impulse download when he got his phone had become one of the best things in his life. He met several Endeavor haters, without exposing who he was so no one could accuse him of manipulating their opinion thank you very much. He found his brother Touya, and take that Endeavor your son isn’t as dead as you thought you asshole.

A half-forgotten exchange came to mind. The day he learned his father had a foot fetish. PrismBonds really was educational.

Taffy had asked about pink feet, trying to see if his father bought from her. Pink skin, even in a world of quirks, wasn’t common. There was a pink girl in his class.

He looked at her. She was talking excitedly to a spiky redhead, a plain-looking black haired dude, the dumb blonde, and were they approaching the angry explosion boy? No matter. Shouto would have to look into this.

(It was such a shame, really, that Shouto couldn’t have arrived earlier a couple days before. So in a way, Endeavor and his stupid insistence on training Shouto that morning was to blame. For everything.)

Tomura sat in his room. This whole thing was stupid! He failed this level to kill All Might, he lost a lot of low-level NPC’s, and to top it off he can’t even play anything because apparently his hand and legs “needed to heal”!

Kurogiri had tried pointing out the benefits: trust in UA’s defences was broken, and they got to test their Nomu. And at least they were low-level NPC’s.

Somehow, despite connections being cut, he’d managed to receive a few texts during the attack. This meant that some of the characters in the chat he was in was in the class he was attacking. A bunch of hero hopefuls taken in by the corrupt system, feeding and being fed by the lies of society.

...Wait a minute. He had a way to spread the truth. He could figure out who was in the class, and convince them of the truth!

After all, those in the chat were his friends, right?

Hanta saw Todoroki approach them. Wack. Mr. stoic, badass, I’m-better-than-you-so-fuck-off was approaching them. That seemed strange. 

He faced Ashido and said, completely deadpan, “I need a picture of your foot.”

What the fuck? Hanta nervously giggled in confusion, while Kaminari was full out wheezing beside him. Kirishima had walked over to a wall. 

“Alright, that’ll be 1,000 yen,” Ashido responded. Kaminari just wheezed harder. Kirishima had hardened himself and was ramming his head into the wall. 

Todoroki pulled out the money, and in return Ashido pulled out a printed photo. Todoroki pocketed the picture, and walked off. Hanta blinked in confusion.

“So is anyone going to tell me what the fuck just happened?”
