“Giyuu~”
“Mnn” He groaned. He didn’t open his eyes or anything. Just turn away from you onto his side. You crawled up to him trying to get a look at his face but he kept trying to go back to bed.
“You don’t even want to cuddle?” You teased slightly. Upon hearing those words he froze slightly before turning slightly back to you, his eyes still closed. “I wanted to wake you up but if you’re really tired we can go back to bed. The crow hasn’t come yet so we have until it comes to sleep, mk?” He fully turned to ace you back backed up slightly. He opened his arms motioning for you to go into his arms and you happily obliged. Before you rested your head into his chest you kissed his forehead. He hummed quietly and kissed you back on the lips.
“Back to bed” He mumbled. He still hasn’t even opened his eyes. He clearly wants to go back to bed so why not just let him. You move slightly holding him to your chest now instead of you. He groaned slightly at not holding you but he eventually just went with it, too lazy to fight. He wrapped his arms around your waist and hugged tightly into you. You laughed softly and pet him a bit before starting to fall back asleep, but suddenly he looked up at you. “Don’t stop” His eyes were practically begging you to continue petting him and you couldn’t help but laugh at him for it. You weren’t sure if he was aware of what he was doing or if he’d remember it since he’s so tired but why not humor him and keep petting him.
Later that afternoon
Giyuu groaned as he slowly woke up. He opened his eyes but he wasn’t sure what he saw. He knew his face was in something but he assumed it was the blankets, so he shoved his face more into it. It was a soft ‘blanket’. He hummed into it wanting to go back to bed yet again but he knew it was probably time to get up. He heard you groan slightly when he pressed his face into his ‘blankets’ and he looked up trying to see what made you groan. Only he realized it was him. He was still holding onto your waist and his ‘blanket’ he was nuzzling was your chest. Panicking slightly he let go of your waist and started getting up. He attempted to start getting up to get ready but now it was you trying to get cuddles. You grabbed his yukata’s sleeve and tried pulling him back to bed
“Nooo” You whined. You wanted to sleep more now that you were already sleeping so late into the afternoon. Today had turned into a lazy day and you were taking full advantage of it. He sighed softly before petting your head and leaving a kiss on your forehead.
“It’s time to get up now, it’s the afternoon.” He chuckled softly as your face scrunched at his words.
“Today’s a lazy day go back to beedd” You whined more trying to pull on his yukata some more to get him to lay down but he wasn’t budging. “Giyuuu pleaaseee” He chuckled some more but instead of laying back in bed he got up. You didn’t want to open your eyes to see what he was doing so you only groaned loudly in disapproval as he walked away. Little did you know he wasn’t walking away to get ready for the day. He walked over to your side of the bed and lifted you up abruptly and he held you bridal style. You yelped as he did this and your eyes shot open. Suddenly you were really close to his face but you couldn’t quite see clearly. You were really disoriented from being lifted up so fast. “G- Giyuu why..” You breathed out trying to orientate yourself again and grabbing your head.
“We can go on a date if we get ready now. It’s getting close to evening, so it can be an evening date” He smiled softly as he saw you finally able to look at him. You glared slightly at him for lifting you up so fast but let it go quickly when he invited you out for a date. It was very rare he invited you out so you were more than happy to go out with him.
