Summary
No one ever told Sero that Bakugou was easy. Sure, he was an asshole. Definitely a hardass. He had this ridiculous code that he stood by, making him seem totally insufferable to most people. There were a few that could tolerate him. There were many more than simply couldn’t stand him.
Sero prided himself in the fact that he was the only one who knew the explosive blond well enough to say that he couldn’t get enough. It had taken years, and that wasn’t a hyperbole in the least. Sero had waited years for their tumultuous friendship to become more.
That’s okay with Sero. He’s a patient guy. Always has been, and as far as Bakugou is concerned, always will be. If the only thing he really has to give up in exchange for so many great things is patience, then he’ll wait forever. Because despite all of Bakugou’s flaws - and fuck, there sure are a lot of those - there are so many secret little wonderful things that drive Sero positively crazy.
