    A dog's reason to exist is to serve his owner and keep him safe. A dog who can't keep up his end of the deal is useless. A dog who has no owner is useless. Uselessness means death.

    Gavin, a former police werewolf, ended up in a dog-fighting ring. Being pitted against his own kind in battles to the death he soon looses all will to live.

    RK900, a deviant remaining machine, has to care for him and keep him alive through his self-destructive actions because he is their only witness. He soon learns to embrace his deviancy and his feelings towards the werewolf and tries to safe him from the worst fate.
