Summary
Basically, I like very little of Endgame. This is a story of what could have happened once the credits rolled.
Steve was sick. Tired, fed up, at the end of his rope and losing his grip.
Peggy, when she'd been succumbing to dementia, had once told him that you can't go back, that it's up to you to make the most of the time that you have. But she was wrong.
This is a story of recovery and rebuilding for Bucky after Steve's abandonment in Endgame, finding romance with an original female character, possibilities and a future, includes real world consequences for those affected by both the Snap and the Unsnap, dusted and undusted, and promotes mental health. 'Cause frankly, practically everybody in the MCU could benefit from a bunch of serious therapy.
