Summary
Minutes past midnight, Jared peers at the unconscious stranger lying on the edge of his territory.
From the looks of his markings, the rain, blood, and sweat soaked stranger might be from the Sawtooth pack about three or four hundred miles south. With care and caution, Jared wheels closer to the stranger. Something has to be done--no two ways about it.
