    Summary

    I came across these two partial chapters for "Stuck in a Rut" that I wrote and then discarded. After consulting people on Twitter, I decided to post them as extras for the main fic. Basically, these are two different versions of the chapter that was originally meant to be Chapter 5. However, after discarding both versions, I decided to tell this part of the story as a flashback in Chapter 6, giving the fic the current time-jump between Chapters 4 and 5. Consider these chapters as expanded, but slightly altered, versions of the flashback scene in Chapter 6.
