   Summary

   Sylvain Jose Gautier, heir to the Gautier Margravate and wielder of the Lance of Ruin, is forced into an arranged marriage with Byleth Eisner, Archbishop Rhea's long-lost niece and wielder of the Sword of the Creator. Done to save the crumbling relationship between the Church and Kingdom and to provide House Gautier with Crest bearing heirs, the marriage seems like a match made by the goddess to those on the outside.

   Except Sylvain and Byleth seem to want nothing to do with each other, Felix and Sylvain are still in love, and other unseen barriers stand in the way of the three people’s happiness.
