Summary
Wei Ying is basically a genius. He always manages to do most things effortlessly, and when he does put in effort, he’s exceptional. He likes parties and drinking and switching minors every semester, making the most of college life. At Yunmeng University, he’s essentially the only pianist with any real chance of making it. He's even gone viral for playing upside down while drunk on vacation, giving him the title "Yiling Virtuoso". So when his professor enters him in a big competition with both a huge cash prize and an internship working on scores for a feature film, Wei Ying is sure he’ll coast through the first round without an issue.
That is, until a transfer student moves in next door and turns his life upside down.
Lan Zhan is everything Wei Ying isn’t; he’s fastidious, studious, tidy, and excessively rule-following. Wei Ying thinks he might be a robot made to hate fun. The two of them would normally never cross paths, but there’s a couple of problems:
