   Summary

   Sherlock is called in to investigate a missing researcher for his brother, but when an experiment goes wrong and leaves Sherlock changed forever, he needs to solve the case while hiding a new secret from his best friend. While John might not be the genius detective in the relationship, he's never been one to ignore a puzzle where Sherlock's behavior is concerned and makes it his new mission to find out what the man is hiding. Problem is, they're both out of their depth.
