   Summary

   When a new, young Romulan spy comes aboard the Artifact, strange things begin to happen in the Reclamation Project. Hugh and Sekis develop their own theories as to what's going on but there's no way to be sure. Getting back to their lives, Sekis witnesses his first reclamation procedure and it shakes him to the core, but in true Hugh of Borg style, his new boyfriend is there to comfort him.
