Summary
Years ago, Sebastian makes a drunken deal with a notoriously dangerous criminal. So long as he doesn't enact this agreement, the sniper and Jim are safe. But things take a turn for the worse when his employer finds out about his suicidal arrangement. Soon enough the pair find themselves being tracked down at every turn by the infamous Bloodhound, and the only thing that will sate him is death.
