" Will! I've told you multiple times to not overuse your power" Nico said, in a dead unbroken monotone.
Will had overused his powers to revive a patient that had been wounded by a manticore spike. The patient didn't make it, and with the strain of keeping him alive, Will was close to death too.
" I WILL DO ANYTHING TO TRY TO HELP MY PATIENTS, EVEN IF IT MEANS DYING!"
" THAT ALSO MEANS THE CAMP LOSING THE BEST HEALER.... And- and my boyfriend..."
Will stared at Nico, who had been sitting on the floor, his eyes watered at the thought of knowing he had let Nico down.
