Cha Eunjae woke up from her deep sleep when she felt heat from the sunlight on her skin. She still felt drowsy so she tried to find the warmth of her favourite person to go back to sleep. However she found a cute little note instead.
‘I have something to do first, see you at Doldam. Have breakfast before you go okay? Saranghae!
Woojin
Less than a year ago, they have decided to move in together as it is much more convenient to go back and forth from the hospital. To be able to start her day by seeing Seo Woojin first and end them by seeing Seo Woojin, whoopsie, a blessing she would never refuse!
She rise from the cosy bed and start to get ready for the awaiting long and busy day in Doldam.
As soon as Cha Eunjae arrived at Doldam, she was immediately summoned to the ER to deal with CABG surgery for a TA patients however she can’t seem to find her favourite person anywhere. Feeling grumpy she whispered to herself ‘where could he have been so early in the morning?’
Seo Woojin on the other hand was surrounded by the new nurses as soon as he stepped into ER to do his rounds. Seo Woojin being Seo Woojin, he used his cold stare to make way for himself out of the commotion.
‘what’s with them Nurse Oh?’ Seo Woojin asked the busy Head Nurse that looked surprise as she saw him.
‘Did you just get a haircut Dr Seo?! You look extra handsome today!’ She replied as she gaped looking to the blushing doctor in front of her.
Brushing the back of his head, ‘Hmm, yes? Do I look different? Do you think Cha Eunjae will not like it, Nurse Oh?’
‘Lucky for you guys to be young and so in love! hahaha, Do I looked like Dr Cha? You should asked her. Ppaliga!’
After Seo Woojin was done doing his round, he went to the coffee vending machine to see Cha Eunjae staring blankly into the coffee cup in her hand. So he approached her slowly and embraced her in a backhug.
‘What are you thinking Cha Eunjae?’
‘You.’ That simple answer make Seo Woojin all flustered as he felt the heat on his cheeks. Knowing he’s flustered, Cha Eunjae loosen the hug and face him.
‘Wow! You cut your hair, baby?!’
‘Yes, do you like it?’
‘Like? I love it! I love your hair, your big round eyes, your nose, your cheeks, your lips and you!’ She smile as she kissed the mentioned part.
‘Yah, you’re being so touchy today, babe.’
‘Errghhh. I heard from Nurse Joo that people have been going crazy for that new haircut Dr Seo Woojin. I’m here just lovingly marking what’s mine.’ She winked and pinched his cheeks.
He loved how Cha Eunjae always make him happy just simply by her presence and their small talks.
‘So, do you want to have dinner with me tonight?’ He asked as he entertwined their hands together.
‘Cool, chicken?’
‘Sheesh, you’ll see baby!’
