   Summary

   Becoming a Prime meant accepting a council of sparkmates, mechs who represented not just the varying people on Cybertron, but who kept the Prime from turning against his people. Rodimus never had such a council, and so, Ratchet always assumed he was a Prime in name only.

   Ratchet was wrong.
