Summary
Buck and Eddie have been best friends for almost two years.
Ever since the tsunami, Buck's been feeling different, like something changed in him. He doesn't really know why, he only knows that he needs Eddie and Christopher in his life so he tries to keep them around as much as possible.One day Eddie texts him, saying that they need to talk. Buck feels anxious, especially after the lawsuit, and he's worried that he might have done something wrong. Again.
To Buck's surprise, the next day Eddie tells him he met someone, Chris' English teacher, and that she gave him her number.
After Eddie leaves his place, Buck feels all kinds of emotions, but doesn't know how to interpret them. He just has a feeling in his stomach that won't go away.
He's a bit drunk, but not too drunk to understand what's happening to him.
One of this biggest fears is losing the people he loves and, in that moment, he feels like he just lost Eddie.
And he loves Eddie, very much.
