   “Y’know...” Haru turned his face to Daisuke, his nose touching the other’s cheek. “Yer not as bad as I thought you were...”

   Haru thought he saw Daisuke’s cheeks turn pink, but he wasn’t sure. The alcohol was really getting to him at this point.

   “You’re not so bad either, Inspector Kato,” Daisuke responded.

   “Ughh, c’mon now,” Haru said exasperatedly, burying his face into the side of Daisuke’s neck, “don’t be so damn formal. We’re friends, right? Call me Haru.”

   Daisuke laughed softly. The sound made Haru’s stomach flutter. What the hell?

   “Thank you... Haru.”

   After a successful mission, Haru and Daisuke end up going to Las Vegas to celebrate. Things end up getting a little out of hand and drunk confessions are made. It shouldn’t be a problem for them, though, because what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas... right?
