Chewy and dry

Summary:

They would consume each other, if they didn't coexist.

Work Text:

Komari’s fangs were flat, but he gnawed on Midousuji’s flesh with fervour and intent to break it. Perhaps the next stage of his love for the human meat was the consumption of it. There wasn’t enough fat on Midousuji’s body to devour, and the sinews would be hard melt by the human stomach, but whenever they were intimate, Komari liked to take bites wherever he could, and leave marks on the already marred skin. Cannibalism might just have been the answer, for that question he asked with teeth.

There was a growing affection Midousuji harboured for him, the kind he was too unfamiliar with to properly shut down. Komari’s smile wasn’t disgusting in the slightest, and he never flinched or cowered; or did anything to warrant Midousuji’s scorn. His quirks set him apart from the world and all standards, and though Midousuji found no similarities between them beyond their differing of the masses, there was a kinship in how easy they could act side by side.

Before his mouth had been granted access, Komari’s hands had found their way across his whole body first, and touched every nook and cranny. The strange touch had too quickly become familiar to him, and the first kiss and the first hickey left on his skin had been only too natural evolutions to their not-odd-at-all relationship.

Midousuji needed his body for competing and winning, and Komari appeared to like all the parts attached to it where they were, but if his limbs were to be useless, he wouldn’t mind being eaten. As a rule, he didn’t like sharing, but with Komari, it was exception after exception.

His skin tasted of soap, with a flowery scent Midousuji wouldn’t care for, if he hadn’t come to associate it so much with the skinny, tiny body under him. They took unregulated turns tasting and probing each other, both methodical and without relent, whenever they got to this part. Komari always seemed more intent on biting, even though he would use his hands so meticulously at everything else in life, and Midousuji liked to use his tongue. The soapy flavour wasn’t a bother; he simply liked the feel of Komari’s flushed, smooth skin as he left trails of saliva all across it.

If Komari wanted to eat him, Midousuji thought he could drink him up in turn. Calm and dangerously angelic looking, Komari always looked so pale that his blushing cheeks and hard beating heart whenever they were like this were intoxicating to witness. The blood rushing beneath that light skin must taste sweet; if broken, he would lick up all the liquids gushing out at once.

They could devour each other, muscle and sweat; flesh and blood. They hadn’t pierced each other’s armours yet; using all the wrong tools, but the possibility showed itself every time. Midousuji could be torn to slabs of meat and eaten like dog food, and Komari could be sucked dry until his fluid body was but a lifeless cask.

Midousuji held Komari’s face in both his hands and kissed him, saying with his invasive tongue: “I could kill you now,” and Komari’s hands danced across his back, writing the letters: “I could eat you”, with his trademark calligraphy.

Midousuji grinned, meeting Komari’s innocuous smile. The fangs he hid weren’t blunt at all.
